Client Profile:  

A wholly owned subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, providing insurance underwriting and loss prevention services throughout the United States.

RESULTS: Over a two-year period, established/improved loss prevention programs at more than 100 operating locations across the United States. Loss prevention, safety & security programs implemented are currently in the evaluation stage.


Client Profile:

A Fortune 500 company engaged in the manufacture of high-end commercial and consumer electronics.

RESULTS: Developed a comprehensive crisis management plan for industrial sites, addressing all aspects of workplace crises, from natural disasters and catastrophic accidents to employee violence and hostage situations. Prepared and delivered management training to assist in implementation and administration of the plan.


Client Profile:

A property management company, providing services for commercial developments in major urban centers throughout the United States.

RESULTS: Developed a corporate safety program and written safety plans capable of customization to be site specific at all managed properties. Developed supervisor training modules to enable local management to establish, monitor and maintain effective safety programs at the local level.


Client Profile:

A construction management firm, specializing in entertainment venues across the United States.

RESULTS: In the aftermath of a jobsite fatality, investigated accident, reviewed safety program, and intervened on behalf of client with OSHA Area Office. Following six-month OSHA investigation, no citations issued to client.


Client Profile:

A privately held, multi-site manufacturing company operating in the Eastern United States & Canada.

RESULTS: Inspected facilities, reviewed written plans. Updated deficient plans and implemented lacking programs. Client received NO citations, upon random OSHA visit, and received no inspections at other facilities, based upon OSHA Compliance Officer's assessment of overall safety program.


Client Profile:

A long-haul & local trucking company operating in the Eastern United States.

RESULTS: Following a DOT audit, client received a "Conditional" safety rating, with numerous fines. Developed and implemented an aggressive self-audit program, combined with driver & supervisor training. Within six months, client received a "Satisfactory" safety rating from DOT, along with reductions in fines.

A specialty food manufacturer in the Eastern United States.

RESULTS: After a jobsite fatality, investigated accident, reviewed safety program, and assited legal counsel with OSHA abatement proceedings. During abatement period, inspected facilities, reviewed written plans, updated deficient plans, conducted safety training and implemented lacking programs. Client penalties reduced 25% at final hearing.

A non-profit organization, providing health care services.

RESULTS: Following a fire marshal inspection, client received an "Unacceptable" fire rating, with several fines. Developed and implemented an an emergency evacuation & fire prevention plan, and a self-inspection program, combined with employee & supervisor training.  Upon follow-up inspection, client received an "Acceptable" fire safety rating, along with reductions in fines.
